Proxima Midnight

Dark Obsidian Armor

Would have been the best Universal Villain for ABX if Supergiant wasn't also in the same update. Her rotation is very proc-friendly (though a Rage is better for ABX and Dispatch) and deals excellent damage, especially given her uniform also provides a support passive and improved leadership.

Excellent for all PvE modes, and very nice for Dispatch as a dual Ignore Dodge lead and support, while also adding Defense Down and being controlled well by the AI. If you want her as a Dispatch character, you'd probably lean towards a Rage.

Tier-2 Proc Rotation: [5dc3dc4], cancel 5 when she throws the spear, cancel 3 when the row of spears appears.

Black Dwarf

Dark Obsidian Armor

A uniform with a very unique playstyle and crazy damage to back it up. While not ABX meta - Apocalypse remains on top - he puts out enough damage to be a really solid WB clearer and decent enough for other PvE modes, and works extremely well with a proc.

Some mild tankiness and an ignore iframe skill means he could find some viability in PvP too, although he won't be breaking into the Timeline meta.

Tier-2 Proc Rotation: [5c4c3], cancels are instant, then kite when the proc ends.

Corvus Glaive

Dark Obsidian Armor

Perhaps the least exciting of any of the new uniforms, which says more about the quality of everyone else because Corvus still gets a huge improvement, becoming ABX meta for Speed Villain and decent for Mephisto, being a Speed type.

Like any ABX character he benefits from a Rage, but can work with an Energy against single targets with a slight chance of missing the proc.

Tier-2 Proc Rotation: [5qc4] then 31 or kite.
Tier-2 Rage Rotation: 5qc3dc42, cancel 3 when he moves.

Supergiant

Dark Obsidian Armor

This uniform more than makes up for Supergiant not getting a uniform with the rest of the Black Order for Infinity War, making her the strongest PvE character in the game and ABX meta.

Her rotation is quite proc-friendly, though she truly excels with a Judgement, and is strong enough that it feels like a waste to build her without giving her one.

Ebony Maw

t||A surprisingly high DPS uniform for a character that's traditionally been support and crowd control based. Obviously he retains his support capabilities, which have had a resurgence recently due to Molecule Man not supressing his buffs in Timeline, but has really nice damage of his own to go with it.

His rotation is pretty proc-friendly, though with his weird cooldowns it involves a lot of kiting and there's a chance to miss the proc every rotation.

Proxima Midnight

Obsidian Shockwave

An amazing Tier-3 which allows the first Villain-only support to enter WBL, where Proxima herself can put in work.
Her Ignore Dodge lead is good for WBL too, making her a diverse choice - always a support, can be a lead, and can be a main DPS.
Tier-3 Proc Rotation: 2c [5dc3dc4] 2c1 [5dc4dc3dc6], cancel 4 when the buffs apply the second time, other cancels the same.

Ebony Maw

Burning Doom

Also a WBL-eligible support and lead like Proxima, but Maw's support passive will only work against Knull and not Mephisto.
Proxima likely takes priority, but Maw is a very competent clear on his own, and well worth Advancing if you like or want him.

Supergiant

Psionic Decimation

An amazing Transcend that brings Supergiant to her full potential as the top DPSer in the game and Story Mode Loki one-shotter.
The only issue is that her 6th skill is difficult to cancel, locking you in the animation at times.
Transcended Judgement Rotation: (6dc1qc) 4c5qc2c3, cancel 6 when the other two Black Order members appear.

Cull Obsidian

Culling Slice

Arguably not really necessary, but a super fun character to use and strong enough to get a WBL clear out of daily.
Doesn't really excel in any regard but it's cool to watch him spin around and dice everything.
Awakened Proc Rotation: (6dc1c) 5c4c[3], cancel 6 when the other two Black Order members appear.

Corvus Glaive

Loyal Strike

Necessary if you want to chase the ABX meta, or if you really like Corvus, but otherwise isn't really worth the 1.5x cost.
Not that Corvus is bad, but again it's just that the other two Transcended characters are insanely strong and Corvus is just "very good".
Awakened Proc Rotation: (6dc)[5qc4] then 31 or kite, cancel 6 when the other two Black Order members appear.

Mephisto

Modern

Requires Judgement, but is easily meta with it. Has a really cool gimmick where you can switch forms and skills with his 3rd skill.
The best pick for ABX overall and likely the best for Dispatch Missions as well. Solid in WBL and of course WBU.
Has some use in PvP due to his revive, but it's a waste not to build him for PvE.

Iron Man

Superior Iron Man

A much-needed buff for Iron Man with an easy proc rotation and large damage buff.
He remains a PvE character, but is actually a viable one now.
This uniform changes him to a Villain which is useful in Shadowland and ABX.

Professor X

Classic

Not the biggest upgrade with most of his skills remaining the same or similar.
One big change is the proc buff on his 3rd skill, which buffs his damage significantly.
This change also gives him a much easier proc rotation, which he was horrible with previously.

Mister Fantastic

The Maker

A very nice upgrade for Mister Fantastic, especially after the mid-month buff.
Changes him to Villain and buffs him enough to be the best Combat Villain.
He remains proc-friendly with easier proccing on his regular rotation, and his T3 charges faster.

Human Torch

Classic

One of the biggest standouts of the update, providing an enormous PvE improvement.
Insane damage buffs, especially on his 3rd skill, make him one of the highest DPS characters in the game.
Awakened Skill and Transcend Potential improve him even further.

Invisible Woman

Classic

A decent buff, but Invisible Woman remains primarily a PvP character.
The added buffs on her skills are nice, but still do poor damage in PvE content (though she is proc-friendly).
Awakened Skill and Transcend Potential improve her even further.

The Thing

Classic

Not very good on his own, as has always been the case, but a valuable support.
Awakened Skill and Transcend Potential improve him even further.

Scarlet Witch

Marvel Studios' WandaVision

Despite having some of the most beautiful animations in the game, Wanda's uniform is disappointing.
While she does manage to be ABX meta, she doesn't excel in WBL and can't enter SB in Vibranium.
Works surprisingly well with just a proc Obelisk, though a Rage or Judgement is ideal.

Vision

Marvel Studios' WandaVision

A really strong uniform that improves greatly upon Vision's already-formidable base kit.
His rotation is quite proc-friendly (though not perfect), making him a great and cheap new player option.
Tier-3 improves him even further.

Mephisto

Native Tier-3 character, so Tier-3 is assumed in the regular character description.

Vision

Solar Annihilation

A really nice Tier-3 that does solid damage and charges fast.
While maybe not the absolute best in any area, Vision's low costs and relative proc-friendliness make him an excellent Universal Hero to invest in, being capable of scoring high in ABX and clear WBL solo.

Human Torch

Endless Flame

Human Torch's damage skyrockets with this uniform, making him one of the top WBL clears overall with Judgement.
Having Maker as lead and Thing as support allows him to push through Male-only restrictions in WBL.
His high damage and insane crowd clearing also make him an excellent Story Mode Ultimate carry.

Invisible Woman

Force Field Flurry

Okay in PvE, with her Awakening rotation doing nice damage, but her niche has always been PvP.
Works well even as an off-meta Timeline character, even better in AC.

The Thing

Earthen Collapse

Again, quite poor on his own, but you'd be Transcending him to be eligible in Story and WBL.
A very nice support for Maker and Human Torch, though those two are so strong that Thing probably won't do a thing.

Ikaris

Modern

Currently not very good given that he is a paywall, with no real PvE use and limited PvP viability.
No reason to build him up now - better to wait and see how good his Eternals movie uniform and likely T3 are.

Sersi

Modern

A really powerful Tier-2, and undoubtedly one of the best F2P characters for new players.
Despite her defensive accumulation not fitting too well into her skillset, her rotation is nice and proc-friendly and any jankiness will likely be fixed with her movie uniform.

Daredevil

Fall From Grace

An amazing upgrade for Daredevil that greatly improves him in both PvE and PvP.
Replaces Black Widow as the best cheap hybrid character.
Decently proc-friendly, but is much better with a Rage for PvE and works with Greed for PvP.

Iron Fist

The Living Weapon

While overshadowed by Moon Knight, Iron Fist's new original uniform is still formidable.
A huge PvE damage boost with flashy animations and the most proc-friendly of the update.

Jessica Jones

Jewel

A slight disappointment in terms of damage and animations, but an excellent support.
A crucial part of any Defenders team with huge support buffs for damage and survivability.
Not very proc-friendly as her 5 has several hits before it is cancellable, and not really worth Raging either.

Luke Cage

Uptown Suit

Performs alright in PvE content, but it'd be a waste not to build Luke Cage for PvP.
An incredibly tanky reflect character with a debuff immunity lead and an Ignore Dodge support.
A bit more proc-friendly than Jessica but not as good as Iron Fist, but this doesn't matter as much since he's for PvP.

Daredevil

Final Punishement

An amazing Tier-3 that charges fast and deals residual damage, so it's workable with a proc.
Greatly improves Daredevil's PvE viability, making him especially good for Mephisto and GBR.

Iron Fist

Immortal Chi Strike

The best Awakening of the lot, mostly just because Iron Fist's new uniform is proc-friendly.
Provides a guaranteed large damage bump to his proc rotation when it's ready.
Also has the best animation of the three, though you'd want to cancel it instantly anyway.

Jessica Jones

Soaring Will

Despite having basically the same skill, Jessica's doesn't fit well into her rotation and often causes missed procs.
Most players would be Transcending Jessica just for the team support in WBL and maybe PvP, though she does not need to be Transcended for Timeline and AC.

Luke Cage

Unbreakable Justice

Basically the same Awakening as the other two, but you'd mainly be Transcending Luke for the stat buff.
As he's a PvP character you won't often get to use his Awakening in Timeline due to the cooldown.
Probably the best off-meta PvP character as he is incredibly hard to kill with a Regen and Jewel support.

Rogue

Excalibur

The standout uniform of the update, adding beautiful skill animations (including an idle animation!!).
While decently proc-friendly, she truly excels with a CTP of Judgement.
Tier-3 improves her even further.

Gambit

Excalibur

A great uniform that boosts Gambit's overall viability, increasing his damage and adding a heal.
His rotation remains simple and proc-friendly, though his 5th skill is poor against multiple enemies as the cards spread out.
Awakened Skill and Transcended Potential improve him even further.

Cable

X of Swords

Amazing uniform that's only 3rd ranked because his previous uniform, Summer Days, is comparable.
Definitely worth buying if you have older unis, adding damage and fresh animations while keeping his familiar playstyle.
Tier-3 improves him even further.

X-23

All-New Wolverine

Another Wolverine, another L - X-23 is a massive disappointment and Valkyrie mostly dunks on her.
Her rotation is super boring and its damage is super underwhelming despite a cool 5th skill animation.
Awakened Skill and Transcended Potential improve her even further.

Nightcrawler

Classic

A cheaper uni, 750 on sale, that has almost identical skills to his previous uni, just with different buffs.
Despite those buffs, his damage isn't great and he remains a nightmare to play with a proc while not being worth a Rage.
Awakened Skill and Transcended Potential improve him even further.

Deadpool

30th Anniversary Black Version

A disappointing uniform for an anniversary celebration, hurts even more with how amazing the animations are.
Most were expecting this uniform to make him a WBL clear, but it remains ADD reliant with some PvP use.
Worth buying if you don't have Holiday Party Deadpool and are chasing an easy WBU clearer, skip otherwise.

Deadpool

30th Anniversary White Version

A Synergy variant of the above uniform, identical in every way except cosmetically.
Unlocked by completing the Dawn of X Uniform Collection (i.e. getting all the above uniforms Mythic).

Rogue

Ultimate Absorption

An amazing T3 skill, especially when stacked with her 4th and 5th's residual damage.
Charges fast and deals a lot of damage, making her an incredibly powerful PvE character.
While she's quite good in PvP, her PvE value with a Judgement makes building her for PvP quite wasteful.

Cable

Future Salvation

A fast-charging and proc-friendly Tier-3 which fits perfectly into Cable's well-established playstyle.
Makes Cable a very dependable character for most PvE modes, though as always, Cable doesn't have much PvP viability.

Gambit

The Full Deck

The best Awakening of the update without a doubt, making Gambit a really solid proc-friendly Knull clear.
The main downside is that it released alongside Cable, a better Blast Male, in the same update.
Awakening also doesn't help his 5th skill splitting problem so he's ideal against single targets and really bad for ABX.

X-23

Hunting Party

A huge disappointment damage-wise especially since Valkyrie is both Combat Female ABX meta and a support in one.
While X-23 is the next best option she's barely F2P and really should have been much better.
Kind of useful for Knull and more proc-friendly than Valkyrie but still a bit shit overall.

Nightcrawler

Night Raid

Basically just one step above Awakenings for characters that don't get a new uni.
Doesn't really do much but isn't expected to, just there for diehard fans.
Can't complain too much since he actually got some minor buffs with a cheap uniform, rather than being completely left in the dust like some Transcended characters are.

Knull

Modern

The second Native Tier-3 and without a doubt one of the best PvE characters in the game - arguably the 2nd best behind Moonstone.
Native Pierce and a nice proc-friendly rotation make him an incredible WBU and WBL clear, with low-hp invulnerability that lets him tank fatal attacks.
He can be okay in PvP too, but there is no doubt he is best utilised as a PvE character.

Loki

Agent of Asgard

Great uniform with excellent animations, boosting Loki's damage greatly and making him no longer reliant on summons.
His rotation can work with a proc, but sees a large improvement with a Rage.
Tier-3 improves him even further.

Valkyrie

Fearless Defenders

A big improvement over her outdated base look, making her both ABX meta on her own and buffing her support.
She excels with a Rage but isn't very proc-friendly due to low residual damage and buffs applying only at the end of her 5th.
Awakened Skill and Transcend Potential improve her even further.

Thor

Herald of Thunder

Thor finally gets a powerful uni, though he is still overshadowed by Ghost Rider and Odin as a Universal Hero.
The uniform greatly improves his damage, changing his Tier-3 as well as his other skills.
While a proc can work, a Rage or Judgement is ideal to make him a good WBL clear.

Knull

King of the Dark

Native Tier-3 character, so Tier-3 is assumed in the regular character description.

Loki

A Trick of Fate

An excellent T3 that bumps Loki up into Universal Villain meta, where he can even outscore Knull.
Charges fast, has a cool animation and flows perfectly with his Tier-2 rotation which is really all you can ask for in a Tier-3.
While not easy, Loki is capable of clearing Knull with a good setup (build + team + cards).

Valkyrie

Valhalla's Defender

A great awakening animation that allows Valkyrie to enter WBL as a support, as well as boosting her to Combat Female ABX meta.
Needs a Rage to really shine in ABX, but for those unwilling to invest that much in her she still finds plenty of use as a support, and in Knull you can tag her in every 30 seconds to pop her 6.

Still worth grabbing even if you won't get the Crystal rebates from the Epic Quest immediately - she is worth the extra 1.5k over the other Deluxe characters.

Sentry

Modern

As to be expected from the first Native Tier-3, Sentry is an incredibly strong hybrid character.
His main strength is in PvP, with a debuff removal + attack lead, revive, and multiple skills that ignore GBI.
In PvE he is quite proc-friendly and insane for WBU with an 80% ADD cap, but needs a Rage to really shine against harder content like Knull.

Ares

Modern

A pretty good Combat Hero, with the option to Transcend Potential.
However, being worse than Moon Knight overall while being a semi-premium and having horrible cooldowns makes him pretty redundant.

Scorpion

Modern

Scorpion adds plenty of value to the roster of F2P characters, being a free Speed Villain that reqiures no uniform.
A solid Shadowland character and is capable of one-shotting low-mid Proxima WBU, but doesn't have much use in lategame.

Molecule Man

Modern

Has his niche uses, but isn't worth the high cost for the majority of players.
While a meta support for PvP, his face, fit, and damage numbers are very unfortunate.

Daken

Modern

A pretty unremarkable character and isn't anywhere near meta for anything.
Basically just a Shadowland character, a massive pain to farm, and has one of those boring rotations where you just use the same 2 skills.

Bullseye

Dark Avengers

A solid uniform and a massive improvement to Bullseye's previous performance, but nothing really spectacular.
While his damage is vastly improved, his skills aren't too proc-friendly and he still has no heal.
Awakened Skill and Transcend Potential improve him even further.

White Fox

Lifestyle Series 2

Her new 4 gives her a permanent 98% ADD with her own lead, making her a rare lead + support + main all in one.
One of the easiest Proxima and Corvus clears and can even push Cull decently.
Unfortunately the PvE meta has now shifted to Knull, hugely diminishing the value of ADD and characters without 6th skills.

Green Goblin

Dark Avengers

A fun uniform with a proc-friendly rotation and really good lead/support for Dark Avengers characters.
Without a 6th skill he's not much more than a Shadowland and early WBU character - even his support can't be used against Knull.

Groot

Snowflake Festival

A disappointing Christmas uniform, especially given how good Deadpool and Cable were.
Has a weird delay on his 5th skill that throws off what would otherwise be a proc-friendly rotation, is not a heal striker like regular Baby Groot, and overall just doesn't do enough to justify the full price.

Native Tier-3 character, so Tier-3 is assumed in the regular character description.

Molecule Man

A decent upgrade, and if you've built Molecule Man to max rank you might as well go all the way.
Tier-3 boosts his stats enough to make him a reliable 800k+ auto in Squad Battle with a pure PvP build, and allows him to fare a lot better as a main in Timeline.

Best Transcended character in the game.
Insanely high DPS which makes her meta for just about every PvE gamemode and the easiest Knull clear without Rage.

Bullseye

The third addition to the roster of Transcended Speed Villains, Bullseye is likely the best of the bunch with a Rage.
However, Gwenom is much more proc-friendly and performs better if both have a proc - and Bullseye not being astonishing with a Rage means Gwenom remains preferable for most players.

Final Avenging Strike

A really good Awakening Skill for one-shotting WBU, but loses relevance with defense down not applying to Knull.
Better than one of those Transcends that are given to a shitty character with no uniform, but still not worth it.

Scream

Modern

Free bio selector character, decent enough for new players but isn't much more than a Shadowland clear for developed rosters.
Damage is okay, survivability is lacking a bit, skill 5 tends to get cancelled if enemies move around.
On the bright side she's a free Combat Villain (top two picks are both paywall) and has an easy enough rotation that works with a proc.

Spider-Woman

Paywall character, very skippable as she has little use.
Her skillset is clunky with little to no residual damage and overall feels like a character designed in 2017.
Awakened Skill and Transcend Potential improve her even further.

Carnage

Absolute Carnage

A fantastic uniform, both visually and in gameplay improvements.
Makes Carnage one of (if not the) most worthwhile paywalls for PvE, though he has limited usability with a proc.
Tier-3 improves him even further.

Spider-Gwen

Another standout uniform with fantastic animations and a smooth playstyle that works with a proc.
Effectively replaces Doc Ock as the best PvE Human Speed Villain.
Awakened Skill and Transcend Potential improve her even further.

Venom

War of the Realms

A big improvement over previous Venom uniforms, though Anti-Venom may still be preferable for striker heals.
A decently proc-friendly Combat Hero uniform that excels in PvE content.
Tier-3 improves him even further.

Spider-Man (Miles Morales)

Absolute Carnage

A solid uniform that gains longevity by being a leadership for Carnage.
While strong on his own, he simply won't compete with Carnage when Carnage has the better uniform and a Tier-3.
You may find limited use out of Miles as a main: his passive is especially good for Shadowland and he is proc friendly.

Carnage

Absolute Madness

With Tier-3 Carnage deals monstrous damage and beats Namor in every mode except ABX (where his 5th skill wastes damage on the mobs).
A very worthwhile Tier-3, especially for those who already have Carnage at Tier-2, since it only costs 800 CCF.

Venom

Vicious Hunt

Venom's Tier-3 is another cheap Combat option, though Moon Knight still rules the Combat Hero class while also being extremely proc friendly.
Still, Venom is a solid choice especially for those who lack the resources or motivation to transcend Moon Knight.
Overall a quality Physical Damage T3 with good enough performance in ABX and WBU.

Spider-Gwen

Raging Ghost Spider

The standout transcended character of this update, especially for WBU and Squad Battle.
While not as good as Mystique in ABX, she is Human which qualifies her for SB and can be used with Mystique elsewhere.
Also very strong for WBU oneshots which are always handy.

Spider-Woman

I'm sure she's not bad but I'm also not sure if more than 10 people have transcended Spider-Woman.
There is simply no place for mediocre paywall Blast/Female/Hero/Human characters when Sharon Rogers has all the same modifiers and is given for free at Tier-2 to all players.

Immediately one of the best few F2P characters, being viable as a main as well as having a support passive for Spiders.
Capable of one-shotting mid tier Proxima, and removes the Shadowland floor 32 roadblock for a lot of players.

While a decent character on his own, for the majority of players he's not much more than a requirement to Awaken Moon Knight.
His own Awakening Skill improves him, but isn't really worth it over Moon Knight and Gwenom (in the next update).

Moon Knight

Mr. Knight

One of the best uniform reworks ever, propelling Moon Knight into the PvE meta instantly.
Deals insane damage and is capable of one-shotting WBUs, and doesn't require a Rage to be valuable.
While he's fantastic even just at Level 60 with this uni, Awakened Skill and Transcend Potential improves him even further.

Ghost Rider

King of Hell

Another fantastic uniform which has allowed Ghost Rider to effectively replace Odin in ABX.
Okayish survivability with fantastic damage, however the cooldown on skill 3 makes a Judgement or Rage preferable.
Tier-3 improves him even further, including a substantial HP boost to help with his defenses.

Doctor Strange

Space Suit

Stunning animations that have doubled Strange's DPS, pushing him back into the PvE meta in a big way.
His rotation and dependence on a Rage remains the same, though his 5th skill becomes a massive team buff.
Caps ABX with ease and meta for Cull, Corvus and Maw WBU.

Dormammu

Damnation

A quality uniform that boosts Dormammu into the PvP meta, but not as substantially as someone like Surfer.
Pretty decent for PvE too - alright for Maw and ABX - but all his associated costs are very high.
Tier-3 improves him even further.

Blade

Avengers

A decent uniform for Blade, but unfortunately won't see much use outside of Shadowland.
With 5 characters getting Awakening or Tier-3 skills per update now, it's really hard for a regular Tier-2 with a new uniform to keep up, and Blade is no exception.

Ghost Rider

Hell Awakens

A solid stat bump, especially to his HP, and a fantastic Tier-3 skill that allows him to cap in ABX.
This removes the need for Odin - while Odin scores higher, they both cap and Johnny is substantially cheaper.
Also fantastic in Squad Battle (Universal Male Human Hero), villain DRX, and top 5 for Maw WBU.

Dormammu

Reign of Fear

Costs way too much for a character that doesn't out-perform Thanos in ABX (though he's meta in Jean DRX).
If you already have a decently-sized PvP roster (e.g. 2-4 of Jean, Surfer, Widow, Hulk), there isn't much of a reason to spend 1600 CCF on Dormammu.
If you like him you can definitely get use out of him, but outside of that he's probably not worth building.

Moon Knight

Goated. Already insanely good without awakening and only becomes crazier with it.
Pushed Namor out of Combat Hero ABX and is top 5 for Proxima WBU, cannot recommend highly enough.

A really good uniform that improves Kamala massively, with great survivability and decent (50%) def down.
Useful for low levels of Proxima, but it's too difficult at this point in the game for a non-native character without
an awakened or T3 skill to break into the PvE meta.

Storm

Inhumans vs X-Men

A solid improvement over her X-Men Red uniform, but lacks survivability, and her uniform passive and accumulation
is locked behind her Tier-3 which sucks.
Tier-3 improves her even further.

Iceman

X-Men Blue

Disappointing uniforms have been rare lately but Iceman's is unfortunately one of them.
Makes him slightly better but remains on the backburner as a Shadowland character for now.

Black Bolt

Fury of the Midnight King

Makes Black Bolt's damage skyrocket, good enough to be a solid pick for Maw, and as a bonus he is usable with a proc.
He won't be a top male/universal/hero option given all the love Universals have been getting lately, but worth the 800 CCF if you like him.

Storm

Goddess Judgement

This Tier-3 boosts Storm's damage massively, though her squishiness makes her hard to use in high WBU.
Might be worth it to some, especially since she's free and cheap, but for most she's a skippable T3 in a hugely oversaturated class
(energy-based elemental, and also blast female).

Medusa

Queen's Command

One of the best Awakened Skills to date, joining Beta Ray Bill as a top choice for one-shotting WBU.
Currently meta for Proxima and is capable of one-shotting Cull as well.

Red She-Hulk

Modern

A powerful paywall character and the current meta for Combat Female Alliance Battle.
Unfortunately is very tricky to play with a regular proc.

Abomination

Modern

A strong support and a decent Proxima clear (though not top 5) with a debuff increase lead.
Likely not worth the high cost (Danger Room exclusive) as he and the characters he supports aren't amazing as-is and will only get power creeped with time.

Odin

All-Father

Just an absolute PvE monster with this uniform, with the highest base damage in the game.
Even without Tier-3 Odin is incredibly powerful with this uni, capable of soloing Galactus at level 60.

Enchantress

Summer Days

Costliness aside, this is undoubtedly a fantastic uniform, improving her lead and adding a support passive
while improving her own viability: in WBU she can clear high Maw with a proc.

Hulk (Amadeus Cho)

Brawn

A big buff for the chode, greatly increasing his damage output with some nice varied animations.
Awakening Skill improves him even further.

Hulk

Immortal Hulk

A solid uniform that makes Hulk much better in both PvE and especially PvP due to his HP-to-damage skills.
Tier-3 improves him even further.

She-Hulk

Avengers

Better than her previous uniforms but She-Hulk herself is still barely viable.
Her leadership remains a curse as it feels wasteful to actually use her instead of just having her lead someone better.

Red Hulk

Symbiote of Vengeance

Really cool animations but not much more than a Shadowland clear.
This released 2 weeks after Cho who is the superior Combat Hero, and Cho isn't even as good as Namor.

Cable

Summer Days

Very similar to his previous Cable & Deadpool uniform but with offensive accumulation that increases his DPS significantly.
Not the biggest rework but is now the top Blast Male for ABX (overtaking Star-Lord) and can cap with an Energy.

Odin

Triumph of Asgard

Insane PvE T3, meta for Ebony, Cull and Thanos WBU, as well as capping out at about 12m in ABX.
Pretty clearly the best PvE character in the game.

Hulk

Worldbreaker Smash

T3 skill itself isn't crazy but the stat buffs give him a ton of HP which boosts both his tankiness and damage.
While many have built Hulk for his tremendous PvP value (AC/AT especially), he doubles as a decent F2P substitute for Namor in Combat Villain ABX.

Hulk (Amadeus Cho)

Atlas Tactics

Really clean awakening skill that greatly boosts Cho's PvE viability alongside his uniform.
Gives non-uniformed Namor a run for his money on Combat Hero day and can do high Proxima with a debuff lead.

Gladiator

Modern

An all-around super solid character, with great PvE viability and some potential usage in PvP. The worst thing about him is that he's Combat for no reason.
High damage with a huge healing factor, decent def down, accumulation and almost permanent uptime on piercing everything.

Beta Ray Bill

Modern

Really powerful PvE character with some of the best burst damage in the game.
Becomes even better with Awakening, which shoots him to a top 5 Maw clear, though it's costlier than most T3s.

Nova (Richard Rider)

Modern

Strong all-around character who plays similarly to Sam Alexander and Captain Marvel.
Good enough damage and a formidable 3rd skill that pierces everything while ignoring iframe.
Strong as-is, but has room to get a Tier-3 later on which might shoot him up even further.

Phyla-Vell

Modern

Fantastic support character for Universal types, which immediately makes her a desirable choice for most players.
Has some PvP utility with her Energy Reflect (as well as boosting Surfer or Jean), but lacks damage in PvE.

Darkhawk

Modern

A solid PvE character, plays very similarly to Angel, and is a good choice for new players.
Nothing really wrong with him but nothing remarkable either, fitting for the sole Selector character of this update.

Silver Surfer

Black

Absolute must-cop. His 3rd skill pierces everything, he turns his board into a sword, and his head no longer looks like a
sodding tic tac, what more could you want?

Star-Lord

Grounded

Really fresh uni and a must-have once you T3 through the EQ.
Cranks up his PvE damage along with some stunning animations.

Punisher

Cosmic Ghost Rider

A huge improvement over the base look, and currently meta for Vibranium Squad Battle (Universal/Villain/Human).
While Rage Thanos is slightly better for ABX, using CGR for Universal Villain lets you build Thanos for PvP.

Silver Surfer

Galaxy Burst

Surfer with the Tier-3 and new uniform is undoubtedly the best PvP character and debatably the best character in the game.
Basically every desirable trait you could think of jammed into a single character: revive, reflect, ignore i-frame, def down, pierce, accumulation.
Tier-3 skill itself doesn't do amazing damage, but gives him a phat stat bump and some lasting buffs including 60% All Attack for 15 seconds.

Star-Lord

Guardians United

Star-Lord is super impressive in PvE with this T3, which deals the majority of his damage due to the 70% def down.
This def down also lasts long enough to make his next regular rotation do solid damage as well.
Not the best character in the game but really really strong given the cost (640 CCF).

Beta Ray Bill

Might of Uru

Probably the second best Awakening Skill behind Mystique, but costs 1.5x the materials and requires Odin.
Makes Bill insane in PvE so probably worth the grind, especially if Odin's rework is a banger.
